Inspired Entertainment sees CFO Transition: Marilyn Jentzen appointed Interim CFO

Inspired Entertainment has announced a change in its CFO role. Stewart Baker has resigned from his position as CFO and principal accounting officer.

Marilyn Jentzen, with over three decades of financial and accounting expertise, steps in as the Interim CFO and principal accounting officer. Most relevantly, she has experience as an SVP of Finance at IGT.

Jentzen's experience includes leadership roles in financial and accounting sectors. She will oversee financial policies, manage finance and accounting functions and aims to ensure adherence to financial regulations during her tenure as Interim CFO.

The company has initiated a search for a new CFO and engaged a search firm to evaluate potential internal and external candidates for the position.

Baker will continue supporting the company throughout 2024, assisting in restatement efforts.
